Shipping days:
All orders are shipped on Tuesday's. Orders placed after 10 AM CST on Tuesday will go out the following week. This helps us keep the cost down so we can pass along the savings!
LIVE GUARANTEE
We can only offer live guarantees when your daily low is above 50 F and daily high is below 88 F. We recommend having your order held for pickup at the post office if your temperatures are below 50 F or above 88 F. Dubia are packaged loose in box unless otherwise listed in product description.
USPS Priority Mail is a 2-3 day (in most cases) but not guaranteed. Sometimes it takes longer than 3 days.
Shipping charges do apply to all replacement orders. Someone must be home to accept the package, guarantees are void if no one is available to accept package and its left on the door step. We must be notified of DOA orders within 1 hour of delivery.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or damaged packages from the mishandling from USPS / FedEx. Those claims must be taken up with the carrier.
